Driv3r, more commonly known as Driver 3 (marketed as DRIV3R), is a racing, shooting, and adventure video game. It is the third installment in the popular Driver series and was developed by Reflections Interactive and published by Atari. Driv3r was released in North America for the PlayStation 2 and Xbox on June 21, 2004. In Europe, it was officially released on June 25, although due to the way Atari shipped the title across the continent, it made its way into independent UK retailers before the release date, even making a #6position in the ELSPA chart for that week. On March 15, 2005, it was released on PC for US customers, it was also released on Game Boy Advance October 25, 2005. At one point a Nintendo GameCube version and an N Gage version were planned, but both were canceled.
Driv3r brings back features from Driver 2 and adds the ability to ride motorcycles and boats, use weapons, swim, climb ladders, and enter certain buildings among other things, controlling more than one character, as well as entering and exiting cars.
Although two Driver games were published between them, 2011's Driver San Francisco is considered the sequel to Driv3r.
The Wheelman returns in his most dangerous adventure yet an interactive driving epic on par with the most intense Hollywood action blockbusters. Undertake a wide variety of high speed vehicle based missions and go deeper undercover than ever before.
The game's driving portions are better than the on foot stuff, but not all that much better. You're given a map of the city with a pretty clear indication of where to go, and you're usually in a hurry, so there isn't much time to explore the game's cities in the story mode. The physics behind the driving appear to be designed to give you that '70s cop show car chase feel, in that everything has been exaggerated. Even the slightest turn around a corner is a tire screeching, sliding out affair. Getting slammed hard by a cop car might send you flying into the air, causing you to barrel roll a half dozen times before crashing back to Earth.
Driver 3 is full of the sorts of glitches and problems that final retail products shouldn't have. On top of that, a recently released patch for the game doesn't fix many of its showstopping problems. The control is terrible, the visuals are buggy, and the AI is straight-up broken. Short of being threatened at gunpoint, there's no acceptable reason to play this game.

Test Drive OffRoad 2 is a 1998 cross platform racing game. It is the second entry in the Test Drive OffRoad series of video games. Test Drive OffRoad 2 winds up being a better playing racing game than Test Drive 5. Ready for high-flying off-road action in a huge assortment of the world's most rugged trucks and SUVs? Wanna get your groove on with intense pedal-stomping, fender-bending vehicular mayhem? Dying to check out exotic and dangerous courses all over the world? You are? Really? Cool. Now all you've gotta do is wait for a game that delivers all that stuff - because Test Drive: Off-Road 2 sure doesn't.
In all fairness (and I'm always fair, right?), off-roading might not be the ideal sport to try to base a game around - or at least not in the hyperfrantic over-the-top style Accolade chose for Off-Road 2. Most of your time is spent with the accelerator smashed to the floor as you bounce all over the track, brushing up against invisible walls and careening back onto the course. Yeah, you get to ram other trucks and jeeps, and you get to make some really big jumps - but so what? It's an empty feeling no matter how much air you catch or how many times the rad commentator says "Awesome!" or "Sweeeet!"
But even if extreme off-roading would make for a great game, Test Drive: Off-Road 2 comes up short in so many different areas that it wouldn't matter anyway. There's a total of 12 tracks, but it's really six times two - running a course backward is counted as a separate track. Only four of those can be raced until you place high enough in competition, but when you do that, the first new track that's revealed is - you guessed - one of those four in reverse.
There's a whole mess of cars here - some are locked out until you prove yourself, of course - but absolutely zero specs on what you can expect out of them when you hit the dirt. Terrain graphics are a woolly tangle of polygons and pixels, and the cars are plain-Jane renderings on a par with the pickup truck at the start of Redneck Rampage. Get an eyeful of this stuff, and you'll be wondering how the same company that put out the great-looking Test Drive 5 could try to pawn this outmoded PlayStation game on unsuspecting fans of arcade-style racing. Toss in some high weirdness with the frame rate - it's either really choppy or the graphics just make it seem that way - and engine sound effects that sound like Keith Emerson's first attempt at playing a Moog, and you've basically got nothing worth watching here unless you want to admire the digitized 2D images of lifeguards or Arabs on camels.
Topping it all off is one of the laziest interface designs I've had the displeasure of dealing with in a long time. Want a first-person perspective? Fine - you don't get a hood, wheel, or speedometer, just a ground-level view of those dubious terrain graphics. That worked OK in Test Drive 5, but in Off-Road 2 it makes it look like you're tearing through the desert on a jet-powered luge.
Then again, you might have trouble finding that first-person perspective because the manual doesn't tell you what the views (0-7) are; you've got to load up a race and check it out until you get the one you want. Feel like changing button assignments? Too bad - there's no option to assign any commands to keys or buttons. I know, you want to check out the instant replay and savor some of those killer jumps you made in the last race - but you're out of luck again because there's absolutely no instant replay whatsoever.
And a word of warning to you fans of hard core metal and industrial rock who might be tempted to pick this game up for the soundtrack tunes by Sevendust, Gravity Kills, and Fear Factory: Don't bother. There's a total of four tunes here (guess it matches the measly number of available tracks at the start of the game), and only one of them is worth a listen.

Assassin's Creed 3 is a 2012 Action Adventure open world video game developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii U, and Microsoft Windows. It is the fifth major installment in the Assassin's Creed series, and a direct sequel to 2011's Assassin's Creed: Revelations. The game was released worldwide for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, beginning in North America on October 30, 2012, with a Wii U and Microsoft Windows release following in November 2012.
Assassin's Creed 3 is set in an open world and presented from the third person perspective with a primary focus on using Desmond and Connor's combat and stealth abilities to eliminate targets and explore the environment. Connor is able to freely explore 18th century Boston, New York and the American frontier to complete side missions away from the primary storyline. The game also features a multiplayer component, allowing players to compete online to complete solo and team based objectives including assassinations and evading pursuers. Ubisoft developed a new game engine, Anvil Next, for the game.
The game follows the series’ standard level-based gameplay during the 21st century, as well as the open world gameplay set in 18th century colonial America, in which the player has access to a huge wilderness known as the Frontier (which is 1.5 times bigger than Rome in Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood),the cities of Boston and New York as well as portions of the Eastern Seaboard and Caribbean Sea can be explored via the flagship of the Assassin's Navy, the Aquila., captained by Connor himself, with Robert Faulkner his first-mate advising and teaching him in the ways of the sea.
Free running has been simplified to allow for more fluid parkour in the cities and wilderness, such as climbing and running on trees, mountains, cliffs,etc. Close combat has been modified, allowing Connor to dual wield weapons and take down multiple opponents at once and players no longer need to manage the lock on mechanic.Aiding this, Connor has access to a wide range of weapons which include muskets, pistols, native weapons such as the tomahawk and bow/arrows, a rope dart (used to pull foes or hang them, while on a tree) as well as the Hidden blades. Human shields can be used against firing lines of enemies. Medicine is no longer used as health recovers automatically. Stealth is also revamped, allowing players to use natural elements such as tall grass and trees to hide, along with the ability to blend between any two people.
Assassin’s Creed III features new weather simulations such as snow, fog, and rain. The seasons can also change i.e., Summer and Winter, which not only effect visuals but also gameplay, as the player will find running slower in deep snow. Snowfall can reduce visibility for the player and enemies, aiding stealth. Unlike the past games, this one includes animals varying from domestic (horses, cows, dogs) to wild (deer, wolves, bears). The wild ones are found in the Frontier, and can be hunted for meat or marrow in order to be sold. The quality of the kill determines the price, encouraging the player to hunt silently. For this, traps and bait can also be used.
Economy is now based on the Davenport Homestead, which also acts as Connor's adopted home. The site can be visited by people such as carpenters, tailors etc. suffering from displacement due to the war. Helping and interacting with these NPCs will encourage them to settle in the Homestead. From there on, the player can craft various items and trade with them, and then sell the goods to the cities via caravan. The player can also help them build relationships with each other, which will then result in the formation of a small village. The player can also upgrade the Homestead manor as well as Connor's ship, the Aquila.
A revamped version of Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood's recruitment feature returns as players can enlist citizens to the Assassins' cause by completing "Liberation" missions. They also have a much larger skill set, which allows them to start a riot, provide a covert escort, act a as a personal bodyguard etc. Other side missions include collecting Almanac pages, exploring underground tunnels to locate fast-travel stations, joining hunting and fighting clubs, investigating frontiersman rumours about UFOs and Sasquatch, "peg-leg" missions in which Connor goes to underground forts and wastelands to uncover the legend of Captain Kidd's treasure, and others.
Assassin’s Creed 3 also features naval expeditions. Using Connor's warship, the Aquila, the player can navigate the high seas. Control of the ship relies on environmental factors such as wind direction and speed, local presence of storms, high waves, and rocks. Engagements are by cannon, with broadsides covering both flanks of the ship, and swivel guns that can be used to damage smaller ships which can also be boarded to find treasure. The Aquila is used in the side missions known as "Privateer missions" and is also used in some of the main missions.

The sounds of battle gave way to silence as Heihachi lay spread out on the ground. The silence was soon interrupted by approaching aircraft.
The roar of the aircraft increased and the sound of something being ejected was heard. A group of Jacks crashed through the ceiling. At first, Heihachi suspected that Kazuya was responsible for the intrusion but realized that Kazuya was just as bewildered by the sudden attack.
"Why are you here?" yells Heihachi as the wave of Jacks approaches. Heihachi and Kazuya battle waves of Jacks but reinforcements appear as fast as the Jacks are destroyed.
Heihachi starts to lose his breath. Kazuya betrays Heihachi, throwing him into the middle of the army of Jacks, and uses the opportunity to escape from Honmaru. Shortly after, Honmaru is devastated by a huge explosion.
Close by, the battle is watched by a man dressed in black. He raises his hand to his ear and speaks into his radio.
"Heihachi Mishima is dead..."
At that moment, a Jack attacks from behind but it cut in half instantly as the man disappears.
Honmaru is completely destroyed, a raging inferno in it's place. A pile of debris was blown apart as something emerged from the earth, unseen.
The next day, news of Heihachi Mishima's death spread rapidly across the globe. Most people believed that Heihachi's death would bring about the end of the Mishima Zaibatsu, but behind the scenes someone else had taken control, and business went on as usual.
A month later, it was announced that the Mishima Zaibatsu will hold the King of Iron Fist Tournament 5.
